Our Team

Brian Pastore is the principal of Pastore & Associates, LLC, a North Carolina-based consulting company specializing in nonprofit and small business development and marketing. With experience in strategic planning, campaign implementation, e-marketing, project management, program development, event management and full service marketing, he approaches every marketing initiative with multiple perspectives.  Current and recent clients include: Hebrew Hospital Home of Westchester, Dazza Soccer, Century 21 Sweyer & Associates, New England Juice & Beverage and Bliss Creative Design.

Heather Claus is the chief web and graphic designer.  Heather is an entrepreneur, graphic designer and website architect.  She has owned many successful businesses in the fashion, design and style industries.  Her dual expertise in graphic design and website functionality allows her to think from the perspective of the customer and the business owner to deliver functional and attractive websites with high conversion rates.

Katie Elzer-Peters is the head copy writer and social media marketer.  Her time working with non-profits, retail and wholesale storefronts and e-commerce businesses, from different fields and with various budgets (From $100K to $15 million) gives her a wide range of experiences to mine.  She specializes in marketing, PR, and copy writing that converts sales.  Katie is also a certified facilitator.

Brooke Foreman is an associate graphic designer.   She works with clients on logo creation and print design work, and has experience designing for the healthcare, real estate, hospitality and non-profit fields.

Matt Lapadula is an associate copy writer, specializing in print newsletters and advertorials.

Ben Wade serves as associate project manager.
